How to be super productive! My morning routine which help me built multiple 7 figure businesses12/20/2016 My morning routine starts 1 day before. In the evening I always go through my calender for tomorrow and make sure everything is in place and I am 100% ready to have a super productive day. I wake up between 5 and 5:45 depending on my sleep cycle. Most days I am up at 5. Here is what I do first when I get up: - Drink a glass of water with lemon Drinkign water on empty stomuch is perfect and specially first thing in the morning. It's like a cleanse. Don’t drink the juice without water because it’s hard on your teeth. - Silence and Meditation Meditation is critical to put me in the right mindset for the rest of the day. I do deep breating for 5 minutes and some reflection for 5 minutes. Also no technology (emails, phones, other distractions) I use this app called headspace for meditation. - Jog or a run For next 30 minutes I take care of myself by taking care of my body. I go for a run or a jog. During winter I do it indoors and in the summer I go outside. Meanwhile I am running or jogging I always listen to one or two podcasts. Meanwhile running gives me mental clarity, podcast provides me with new content everyday. Very few times I hard listened to an audio book, mostly its podcasts. Here are 3 podcasts I Love to listen everyday and highly recommended to every entrepreneur: Nathan Latka Tim Ferris Stig Brodersen & Preston Pysh after the run its shower time. - Breakfast like an Olympian Once I am dressed up and ready it's time for olympian breakfast. I am bacon and eggs kind of a guy. I need solid breakfast and most of the times salty. After the run, I usually consume around 700 to 1100 calories at breakfast. Sometimes its traditional indian breakfast, but mostly its something very filling. Morning routines of other entrepreneurs
